Responsibilities
- Support nightly operational processes including inventory management and quality assurance
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting using proprietary software
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications during shift transitions
- Participate in client-facing tasks under supervision (e.g., order processing)
- Document workflow improvements and suggest process optimizations
- Attend weekly mentorship sessions with department leads
- Complete academic assignments aligned with internship learning objectives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing business, IT, or operations degree
- Availability for 3-4 night shifts weekly (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license (for occasional local deliveries)
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
