Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot internal systems and network performance during off-peak hours.
- Assist in data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Provide technical support to night shift staff via chat and email.
- Conduct routine quality assurance checks on deliverables.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the internal knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (Junior or Senior status preferred).
- Must be able to provide proof of enrollment and obtain college credit.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of computers, software applications, and the internet.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
