Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues during evening operations.
- Assist in responding to customer tickets and inquiries via chat and email.
- Perform nightly data entry and maintain accurate digital records.
- Conduct routine security checks and system backups.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to relay critical information.
- Document technical bugs and resolutions in the internal knowledge base.
- Support the QA process for new software releases.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
