Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift hours
- Monitor and maintain network security protocols using Splunk and SIEM tools
- Document incident reports and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Collaborate with global teams during cross-continental handovers
- Assist in implementing disaster recovery procedures
- Participate in Agile sprint cycles for infrastructure upgrades
- Contribute to knowledge base articles for internal documentation
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Available for night shift (11 PM - 7 AM) with flexible start dates (June-September)
- Proficiency with Windows/Linux OS and basic networking concepts
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) preferred
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CompTIA A+ or Security+ certification is a plus
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
