Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server/network infrastructure during night shift hours
- Document system performance metrics and incident reports
- Assist with hardware/software deployments and patch management
- Respond to alerts and troubleshoot system issues
- Collaborate with day-shift teams on cross-functional projects
- Participate in cybersecurity drills and simulations
- Update technical documentation and knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Ability to work independently during night hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Available for 20-30 hours/week during Summer/Fall semester
