Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during overnight operations
- Deploy and update software systems across enterprise environments
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with remote access tools
- Document technical procedures and incident reports
- Support cybersecurity protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with global teams on system optimization projects
- Test new technologies in sandbox environments
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows command-line interfaces
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware preferred)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
