Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network systems during overnight shifts
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Document incident reports and system performance metrics
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and vulnerability scans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
- Participate in after-hours maintenance windows
- Support disaster recovery testing procedures
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science or IT-related program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Available to work 4x10 hour shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
