Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support during night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) for global enterprise systems
- Monitor network infrastructure and cybersecurity protocols using industry-standard tools
- Assist with server maintenance, software deployments, and system patching
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles for internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system optimization projects
- Participate in after-hours incident response and disaster recovery drills

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
