Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise network systems during overnight hours
- Assist with cybersecurity threat detection and incident response
- Perform server maintenance and system patching
- Document IT infrastructure configurations and procedures
- Collaborate with day-shift teams on system optimization projects
- Provide remote technical support to internal stakeholders
- Participate in disaster recovery simulations and testing
- Learn and implement cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available to work 4 overnight shifts per week (11 PM - 7 AM)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
