Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 IT operations including system monitoring and troubleshooting
- Assist with hardware/software installations and maintenance
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Respond to after-hours user tickets via ticketing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system updates
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives
- Conduct routine hardware diagnostics and preventive maintenance
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Availability for 3-4 night shifts per week
