Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during night shifts
- Respond to and resolve system alerts/tickets via ticketing system
- Perform system backups and security patch implementations
- Collaborate with global teams on cross-functional projects
- Document technical procedures and incident reports
- Participate in weekly skill development workshops
- Support hardware/software deployments during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Available for 20-30 hours/week during academic semesters
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
