Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure during night shifts
- Respond to and resolve IT support tickets for enterprise clients
- Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system updates
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Assist with hardware installations and network configurations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell) preferred
