Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts during overnight operations
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on company systems
- Document incident response procedures and create security documentation
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network optimization projects
- Assist with hardware/software deployments and maintenance
- Participate in cross-functional security drills and simulations
- Generate daily operational reports and security metrics
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related program
- Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows command-line environments
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
