Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 IT infrastructure monitoring and incident response during night shifts
- Assist with network troubleshooting, server maintenance, and system updates
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve user issues
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives and vulnerability assessments
- Learn and implement cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) under guidance
- Contribute to automation scripts and process improvements
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux) and virtualization
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation to/from worksite
