Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server/network infrastructure during night shift operations
- Assist with cybersecurity vulnerability scanning and incident response protocols
- Document technical processes and create SOPs for nighttime operations
- Support cloud migration projects including AWS/Azure environment configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system optimization initiatives
- Participate in after-hours deployment testing and troubleshooting
- Complete assigned learning modules related to IT infrastructure management
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science/IT degree program (Sophomore+ standing)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows Server environments
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
- Valid driver's license (for occasional on-site equipment access)
- Availability for 3 consecutive nights/week (Mon/Wed/Fri or Tue/Thu/Sat)
