Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise network systems during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Respond to and resolve Tier 1/2 IT support tickets via ticketing systems
- Perform cybersecurity vulnerability scans and incident response procedures
- Assist with server patching, OS deployments, and hardware maintenance
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global IT teams during system outages and maintenance windows
- Participate in rotational shadowing with senior engineers
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university pursuing IT/Computer Science degree
- Availability to work consistent night shifts (minimum 20 hrs/week)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Must be eligible to receive academic credit for internship
- Valid driver's license (occasional site visits may be required)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
