Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise network systems during overnight hours
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues with remote team support
- Document IT incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Assist with cybersecurity protocol implementation and testing

- Support cross-functional teams with after-hours technical needs

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science/IT-related program (sophomore+)

- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available to work 12am-8am, 3-4 nights weekly
- Valid driver's license (for occasional hardware transport)
