Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during night shifts
- Resolve system outages and security alerts
- Deploy and configure cloud-based solutions (AWS/Azure)
- Document technical procedures and incident reports
- Collaborate with global teams on system upgrades
- Perform routine vulnerability scans and patch management
- Support 24/7 incident response rotation
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science/IT degree (Sophomore+)
- Proficiency with Linux/Windows administration
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Experience with scripting (Python/Bash)
- Availability for 10 PM - 6 AM shifts (4 nights/week)
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
