Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server/network infrastructure during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and escalate complex problems to senior engineers
- Perform system backups, updates, and security patching in off-peak windows
- Document incident reports and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with global teams on cross-functional IT projects
- Support end-user requests via ticketing system and remote assistance
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and networking fundamentals
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) preferred
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions during off-hours
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work 3+ nights per week (flexible scheduling possible)
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site hardware maintenance
