Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during overnight shifts
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for internal and external clients
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with remote teams on system updates and security patches
- Support user inquiries via ticketing systems and chat platforms
- Assist with data backup and recovery procedures
- Participate in cross-functional tech projects during night hours
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Availability to work 4-5 nights per week (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license (for occasional equipment transport)
