Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during night operations
- Respond to system alerts and implement troubleshooting protocols
- Assist with cybersecurity vulnerability assessments and patch management
- Document technical processes and create operational reports
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handover procedures
- Support cloud infrastructure deployments and monitoring
- Participate in cross-departmental IT improvement projects
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows Server environments
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to earn college credit through your institution
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
