Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 IT support for enterprise systems during night shift operations
- Monitor network security systems and respond to alerts
- Assist with hardware/software installations and troubleshooting
- Document technical issues and resolution procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system updates
- Perform routine server maintenance and backups
- Participate in cybersecurity drills and training
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university (IT/Computer Science preferred)
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Experience with helpdesk software (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Available to work 3-4 night shifts per week
