Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server/network systems during overnight hours
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Document technical procedures and incident reports
- Collaborate with global teams on system optimization projects
- Perform security scans and vulnerability assessments
- Assist with cloud infrastructure maintenance
- Support end-user technical requests via ticketing system
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science/IT degree program
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in night shift environment
