Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during overnight shifts
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for internal systems
- Document technical procedures and incident reports
- Assist with cybersecurity monitoring and threat detection
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system updates
- Perform routine system backups and data integrity checks
- Support end-users via remote assistance channels
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Availability to work 4-6 night shifts weekly (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license (for occasional on-site requirements)
