Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for Windows/macOS systems
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Assist with cloud platform administration (AWS/Azure)
- Document IT procedures and knowledge base articles
- Participate in system upgrades and patch management
- Support cybersecurity initiatives and incident response
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols and systems
- Experience with Windows Server administration preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification a plus
- Available to work 20-30 hours/week overnight (12 AM-8 AM)
