Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server/network systems during overnight shifts
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for internal and external clients
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated incidents
- Perform system backups, security scans, and performance optimization
- Assist with IT asset management and inventory tracking
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations as needed
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced night shift environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Available for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) and flexible summer/fall schedule
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
