Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure during night shifts, including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for internal and external clients
- Document incidents, resolutions, and system updates using ITIL-compliant tools
- Collaborate with global teams on system upgrades and security patch deployments
- Assist in developing automation scripts for operational efficiency
- Participate in cross-functional projects during daylight hours
- Adhere to strict SLA compliance and incident response protocols
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program (Sophomore/Junior level preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows systems and networking fundamentals
- Experience with command-line interfaces (CLI) and scripting (Python/PowerShell)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a remote environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Available to work 4-5 night shifts per week (typically 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent written communication skills for incident reporting
