Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure and server systems during night hours.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of software updates and patches.
- Document system issues and resolutions in the internal knowledge base.
- Conduct routine security audits and log analysis to ensure system integrity.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to resolve escalated tickets and incidents.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 7 PM - 4 AM or 10 PM - 7 AM).
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS) and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
