Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues using diagnostic tools
- Implement security patches and system updates according to SLA
- Document incident reports and operational procedures
- Collaborate with global teams on cross-functional IT projects
- Participate in automation script development for system health checks
- Support disaster recovery testing and documentation
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows Server administration
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to work independently in night shift environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Available for 3-4 night shifts weekly (minimum 20 hrs/week)
