Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during night shift operations
- Respond to and resolve IT support tickets with SLA adherence
- Perform system backups, updates, and security vulnerability scans
- Document technical procedures and incident reports
- Collaborate with day-shift teams on cross-functional projects
- Assist in deploying new hardware/software solutions
- Participate in after-hours system testing and validation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related program
- Availability for night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and networking
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
