Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server/network infrastructure during night shift hours
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and implement solutions
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Assist in cybersecurity monitoring and incident response
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system updates
- Perform routine system backups and security audits
- Support end-users via remote ticketing system
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited IT/Computer Science program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Available for Summer (June) or Fall (August) start
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
