Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure and server systems during overnight shifts.
- Provide technical support and resolve tickets related to hardware, software, and access issues.
- Perform routine system updates, security patching, and backups.
- Document technical procedures and incident reports in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Availability to work a fixed night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS) and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
