Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network systems during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for enterprise clients
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with server backups and system security protocols
- Collaborate with global IT teams on cross-functional projects
- Perform system patching and vulnerability assessments
- Support end-user IT requests via ticketing system
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related Bachelor's program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Available to work 3-4 nights per week (minimum 20 hours)
