Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and entry of large-scale data sets into internal databases with high accuracy.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues during night operations.
- Generate daily and weekly performance reports for the night shift team.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify process improvements.
- Perform quality assurance checks on all outgoing communications and data.
- Support the IT department with software installation and hardware maintenance.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited college or university.
- Must be able to provide documentation for College Credit requirements.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated during night shifts.
- Reliable transportation to our office in Chicago, IL.
