In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in IT support, network monitoring, and system maintenance during our critical overnight operations. You will work closely with senior engineers to ensure our infrastructure remains robust and efficient while the rest of the office sleeps.

Responsibilities
- Monitor server health, network traffic, and system performance metrics during overnight hours.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates and patch management.
- Respond to help desk tickets and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
- Document system logs, incident reports, and maintenance activities accurately.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and peripherals.
- Collaborate with the on-call team to resolve critical incidents.
- Conduct regular backups and verify data integrity.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the night shift.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
