Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues on the night shift support desk.
- Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of servers and workstations.
- Manage and prioritize incoming helpdesk tickets and inquiries.
- Conduct routine data backups and system checks to ensure operational continuity.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to document and resolve ongoing technical issues.
- Perform administrative tasks related to internship compliance and reporting.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program (Sophomore, Junior, or Senior status).
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
- Availability to work Night Shift (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM) for the duration of the internship.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer troubleshooting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
