Job Overview:
We are looking for a tech-savvy individual to assist with our 24/7 operational needs. You will play a crucial role in maintaining system integrity and supporting internal teams during off-hours.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain internal IT infrastructure and network systems during the night shift.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues reported by internal staff.
- Assist in the deployment of patches, updates, and minor infrastructure changes.
- Document all technical tickets, resolutions, and system status reports accurately.
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team during handover procedures.
- Respond to helpdesk inquiries via email and chat platforms.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Oklahoma City office.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
