Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot server systems and network connectivity during evening hours.
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to clients via phone and ticketing systems.
- Assist in data entry, database management, and report generation.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (Freshman to Senior standing).
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
- Strong interest in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- Availability to work a consistent Night Shift schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Windows and Office Suite applications.
