Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure during night shifts
- Resolve technical issues for remote employees across the US
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and threat detection
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Support cloud migrations and system updates

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science
- Availability for 3-4 night shifts weekly (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and networking
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware/software issues
