Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and server health during night hours to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for internal users.
- Execute automated backup scripts and data integrity checks.
- Assist in the configuration and deployment of network devices.
- Maintain detailed logs and documentation for all technical interventions.
- Collaborate with the remote day-shift team to escalate urgent issues.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS) is a plus.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (7:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
