Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure during night operations
- Perform system diagnostics and troubleshooting for critical applications
- Assist in implementing cybersecurity protocols for night shift operations
- Document technical processes and create incident reports
- Collaborate with global teams on system updates and deployments
- Conduct data backups and recovery procedures
- Support user ticket resolution during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related Bachelor's program
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows server administration
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
