Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot system anomalies during night operations to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Perform routine server maintenance, patch management, and data backups.
- Assist the Help Desk team with ticket resolution and end-user support requests.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate system logs.
- Deploy and configure new hardware and software applications.
- Identify potential security risks and report them to the security team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in IT, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- Must be eligible to receive official college credit for this internship.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and networking protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and reliably during night shifts.
- Reliable transportation for the night shift schedule.
