Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server performance and system health during night operations.
- Perform routine data entry, backup verification, and system diagnostics.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues reported by internal teams.
- Conduct security audits and update system logs and documentation.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
- Support internal IT projects and assist with inventory management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to work night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM) and weekends as needed.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
