Responsibilities
- Monitor security information and event management (SIEM) systems during night shift rotations
- Analyze network traffic logs for suspicious activity and potential threats
- Assist in incident response documentation and triage procedures
- Perform vulnerability scans and penetration testing exercises
- Collaborate with senior analysts on security policy implementation
- Contribute to security awareness training materials
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a cybersecurity, IT, or related bachelor's program
- Basic knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP)
- Familiarity with security tools (Wireshark, Nmap, Metasploit)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
