Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server/network infrastructure during night shift operations
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and document resolution protocols
- Assist with cybersecurity vulnerability scans and incident response
- Support cloud environment management (AWS/Azure) and backup systems
- Collaborate with global IT teams on cross-functional projects
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and daily stand-ups
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science, IT, or related degree (Sophomore/Junior level)
- Available to work 40 hours/week (11 PM - 7 AM) for 12 weeks
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS) and operating systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Windows/Linux environments and virtualization
- Ability to work independently and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
