Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise network systems during overnight shifts
- Resolve Tier 1-2 technical issues via ticketing system and remote support
- Perform system backups, updates, and security vulnerability scans
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global IT teams on cross-functional projects
- Conduct preventative maintenance on server infrastructure
- Participate in weekly technology training sessions
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux environments
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Available to work 40 hours/week (11 PM - 7 AM schedule)
