Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for servers, networks, and cloud systems during overnight shifts
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve infrastructure issues
- Document incident reports, troubleshooting procedures, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with global teams on system updates and security patches
- Assist with disaster recovery simulations and business continuity testing
- Participate in cross-functional projects involving automation tools
- Maintain inventory of hardware/software assets and compliance logs
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related bachelor's program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, networking fundamentals, and virtualization
- Experience with command-line interfaces (CLI) and scripting (Python/Bash)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make decisions during off-hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certification preferred
- Available to work 3-4 night shifts weekly (11 PM - 7 AM)
