Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for enterprise systems during overnight operations
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments
- Document incident reports, troubleshooting procedures, and system updates
- Collaborate with global teams on system upgrades and security patches
- Execute scheduled maintenance tasks during low-traffic windows
- Participate in cross-functional training for emerging technologies
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science or IT-related program (Sophomore/Junior preferred)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems and command-line interfaces
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
- Available for 3-4 consecutive night shifts weekly
