Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server/network infrastructure during night shifts
- Resolve Tier 1/2 technical tickets via ticketing system
- Perform system backups and security audits
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global IT teams on cross-continental projects
- Conduct hardware diagnostics and preventative maintenance
- Support endpoint management for remote workforce
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science or IT-related degree
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
