Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve Tier 1-2 system alerts across Windows/Linux environments during overnight shifts
- Perform hardware maintenance and network diagnostics on client infrastructure
- Document incident reports using ServiceNow and contribute to knowledge base
- Collaborate with global teams via Slack/Jira for cross-shift handovers
- Participate in quarterly disaster recovery simulations
- Assist with endpoint management deployments for 500+ devices
- Support cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure tools
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science, IT, or related bachelor's degree
- Availability for 4x10-hour night shifts (10 PM - 8 AM)
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
